If you have been notified a union is approaching your employees with their sales pitch or if there is activity in your area, the best plan is to educate people before they get drawn in by the professional union salespeople.
We have been able to stop most union campaigns before the union gets enough signatures if we are able to get in front of workers with factual information about authorization cards and the organizing process.
This saves the risk and expense of an arduous campaign.
Proactive inoculation to the union’s message is the most prudent and fiscally responsible approach.
